First trip to UK
The chauffeur service was very satisfactory – having a car on hand for the three transfers made the trip less grueling. I think we were very lucky with the driver we got – David was very professional, on time and flexible. He took the needs of his customers into account and, having realized that it was Ann and Rick’s first trip to the UK, he added extra sightseeing detours to Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle. He also proposed a change in itinerary because of heavy traffic on the way home to make sure I made my flight.
