He took the needs of his customers into account and, having realized that it was Ann and Rick’s first trip to the UK, he added extra sightseeing detours to Buckingham Palace and Windsor Castle. He also proposed a change in itinerary because of heavy traffic on the way home to make sure I made my flight.
